Beginning


It has been a really long time I have been longing for fit physique

but there had been many hurdles

rather than talking about past hurdles, it's time to talk about future plans

This blog will be used just to track my progress on a daily basis for this 100 days challenge


Goals

1. Body Fat 10% with chiselled abs and good muscle mass
2. Able to do Handstand

---Add-on---
3. Able to do 50 pull-ups in one go
4. Able to do 10min plank

1. 100 Days without cheat 
2. 100 Days regular workout
3. 100 Days daily handstand practice

1. Was Diet On Track?
